led by a manager with over 25 years of dyehouse operations and management
experience, supported by a UK dyehouse specialist with a 35 years
track record in dyeing synthetic fabrics. We utilize a full range
of dyeing machines (Soft Flow Jets, Beams & Jigs) supported by
the latest technology and equipment in color management and dyestuff
control to ensure the highest quality color and quality. Our laboratory
has recently been re-equiped with the latest type of Dispensing &
Solution Making equipment to ensure our lab dye service is quick &
efficient with a favourable lab to production transfer ratio. We can
offer color matching over the full color spectrum, in full compliance
with Oeko-Tex requirements.
Our expertize includes dyeing Tricot & Simplex fabrics, Elastomeric & Two-way Stretch materials, Water-jet Woven fabrics, Embroidery nets and Raschel Laces including Helancas, Allovers, Galloons & Trimmings Our regular customers span the globe and deal with Triumph, Wacoal, Victoria's Secret, Sara Lee (Hanes), Maidenform, Marks & Spencer amongst many others. |
